Yoga Classes with Olga
|
|
Have you ever wanted to try yoga but worried that you are not flexible
enough? Well, guess what? Yoga is really not about the flexibility.
Come give yoga a try, you just might like it. Classes combine breath-work, vinyasa, asana, and meditation all in
a very accessible format. Experience the yoga without the pressure to
be flexible, skinny, young, and whatever else is stopping you.
These are small, 5-people classes that are tailored to the needs of the group. This means that the difficulty of the class is tailored to the needs of the group.
There are two weekly one hour yoga classes that I teach (check the calendar above).
Tuesday night class is FULL at the moment.
Monday night class has a couple of openings.
Please let me know if you would like to be notified of any openings in the classes. I am also planning to add another yoga class so now is the good time to tell me when you want your yoga class to be! |
Women's Healing Circle with Susan

In
this group - based on Louise Hay’s teaching that loving the self is the
key to freedom from unhealthy relationships, physical disease,
self-defeatism and more – we will put into practice techniques to
achieve self love, healing any blocks along the way. Loving yourself
unconditionally is not something most of us were taught growing up, and
we will support each other through this process. After all, if you do
not love you, who will?
When: Every other Wednesday 6 – 7:30 pm, beginning January 20th.

Evening Meditation Class with Olga
|

Join me for a 30 minute guided meditation class that introduces
Reiki into your experience of meditation. Each class includes some
physical movement, breathwork, and a different meditation technique.
Reiki is offered to each participant during the meditation. Please note
that the class might be a little longer than 30 minutes based on the
number of participants.
Classes are held weekly on Thursdays at 7:00pm
Rates: $8 per class or $25 for a series of 4 classes.
Bring a friend and you both pay $5 per class or $20 for 4 classes.

Advanced Meditation & Energetic Clearing with Susan

Advanced energetic self-healing
techniques for accumulated densities and "cling-ons"; to entities, and
everything in between. This is a great class for caregivers,
practitioners, empaths, and those who would like the tools to achieve
clarity and remain clear and in alignment.
When: Saturdays 2 - 3pm, beginning January 23rd.

Sensitive & Psychic Kids 12-21 with Susan

This
group is for kids who are psychic, who can feel the emotions of those
around them (empathic), who can see/sense/hear ghosts or angels, who
are Indigos, Crystals, or Star Children, etc. Often, gifted children
feel isolated and unable to discuss their experiences for fear of being
ostracized. Here they can share experiences, gain support, and learn
ways to make living with these abilities empowering.
When: Saturdays 4 – 5:30pm, beginning January 23rd.
Cost: $8

Reiki Shares for Reiki Practitioners |

Our next Reiki Share is on Tuesday, February 9th, 2010 at 7:00pm
The Reiki shares are open to all lineages and all levels of Reiki Practitioners. They are a great way to take a little care of yourself. Whether you practice self-Reiki everyday or not, a Reiki share is a great way to recharge and remind yourself how great Reiki feels. It's also a great way to meet other practitioners in the area and build a community.

Finding Love You Deserve (led by Olga)

In this month's special meditation, we will explore our relationships
and driving forces behind them. Whether you are single or in a
relationship, you will benefit from a little bit of perspective on your
motivations. We will also discuss how our past can hold control over
our current behaviors. Our discussion will be followed by a guided
meditation. During the meditation, we will let go of one painful
experience from our past, something that still affects us today. We
will end the meditation by opening our hearts and minds to the new
beginning and experiences. Reiki will be offered during the meditation
to help with healing and letting go. Pen and paper will be provided at
the end so you can jot some notes down.
When: Wednesday, February 10th, 7:00 - 8:00pm

| Meditation and the Western Esoteric Tradition with Greg |

The host of Occult of Personality podcast, Greg Kaminsky, will continue his overview of Hermetic Qabalistic philosophy and the spiritual practices that are often termed Alchemy, explaining the concepts of some of these techniques and how they work in a practical and down-to-earth manner. While this is a series of workshops, each session stands alone and no prior knowledge or experience is required. All those interested are welcome.
