Private lesson is not a class! We will use this time to work on specific poses with a special attention given to alignment and adjustments. Sometimes all you need to figure out a pose is someone carefully guiding you into your full expression of that pose. Hands-on assists are extremely valuable to help give you the awareness of where your body is in space. 

 

Or, you might be looking to start or rejuvenate a home practice. During the lesson we can work out a sequence for you to take home that will address your specific needs.
  

Private yoga lessons are available for beginner to intermediate students. During your initial phone or email consultation we will establish your goals for the lesson and any specific requests you might have.
