Reiki Spring Cleaning Series with Olga

 Are you feeling like it's time to shake off the winter? Do you want to tune up your system for spring? Then Spring Cleaning just might be for you!
The series consists of two very special 60 minute Reiki
sessions scheduled within 10 days of each other. By scheduling the sessions close, your system gets a nice wake up shot of energy to propel you into the spring.
Each session is
structured around a guided meditation with a specific purpose.
- Your
first session is focused on cleansing, releasing, and renewing. We'll focus on imagery that will help you clear out energetic blockages, get the energy flowing, and let go of the past.
- Your
second session is focused on opening, making room for new, and
receiving. We will build on the foundation of the first session and focus on being receptive to whatever life has to offer us.
