Winter Retreat |
January 21 - 23, 2011 |
 Please join us for our very first Winter Retreat! On the weekend of January 21 - 23, 2011, we will disengage from our everyday world and shift the focus to our internal well-being. We will leave stress of the holidays behind and tune into the natural peacefulness of the winter season.
We will explore wellness and find new directions for our lives through different movement classes, life coaching, meditation, and much more.
As you have come to expect from us, the weekend will be focused on discovering who you are, finding the connection to your spirituality, and overall sense of feeling good!

Friday, January 21
5:00 - 6:00pm Welcome gathering, getting to know everyone, outline of the weekend.

7:30 - 9:30pm Kirtan with Ravi
Dinner and kirtan are now open to the public! Come spend an evening with us sharing delicious food and chanting! Only $40
Saturday, January 22

10:30 - 12:30pm Mandala workshop with Angela

10:30 - 12:30pm Workshop with Greg on the stages of spiritual growth and meditation. 1:00 - 2:30pm Lunch and Goodbyes. We will be leaving by 3pm.

Also in the works... Private healing sessions, instruction, and consultations with our practitioners! You can treat yourself to a Reiki session, a private yoga instruction, life coaching, and possibly other services. The cost of these add-on sessions is NOT included in your stay and will need to be paid separately to your practitioner.
Sessions with Olga: you can pick from a Reiki session, private yoga instruction, or Reiki movement therapy. All appointments are 40 minutes and $30.

Sessions with Susan: Susan will be at the retreat after lunch on Saturday between 1:30 and 3:30pm. She will be doing mini powerful healing sessions for 15 minutes. Here is a description from Susan:

Recently I have facilitated the release and healing of alcoholism, cigarette addiction, a curse, repair of a tear in the mental body causing confusion and fatigue, a noose from a past life hanging causing throat/expression issues, parasitic entities, and common energy 'back-up' from improper grounding. I have also cleared homes of negative entities.

Accommodations |
 We will be staying at a lovely Essex Conference Center and Retreat in Essex, MA. They have 20 guest rooms that look out to the surrounding wooded property and gardens. Guest rooms lodge one, two or three guests and there are many shared bathrooms. When they say many, they are not kidding. There are 17(!) bathrooms, located right next to the bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with phones and individual voice mail. All the beds are twin size. All the linens for the beds and towels are provided.
There is also a spa! The spa building is situated adjacent to the main lodge and includes a spacious hot tub and sauna. We will have two hours on Friday and Saturday to soak in the tub and roast in the sauna. The times will be determined later.

Cost |

The cost of this restorative weekend is $350 (double-occupancy). If you would like to stay in one of the single occupancy rooms, please add $85 to the total for your stay.
Your deposit of $75 will hold your space at the retreat. Your full deposit (minus $5 processing fee) is refundable until January 1st. After January 1st and until January 10th 50% of your deposit is refundable. After January 10th your deposit is not refundable. Your total bill is due two weeks before the retreat. We will be contacting you to arrange payment. |
